Professional training of a bookkeeper for 12 months, with the possibility of employment - location: Novi Beograd

The accounting agency Ab lux has been operating for over 30 years in the field of providing bookkeeping services and payroll. We employ 12 employees. We are located in New Belgrade, in TC Enjub, block 45.

We are hiring accountants whose main responsibilities are recording business changes and calculating wages.

Conditions

  • Knowledge of the double-entry bookkeeping system (debt-receivable)
  • Professional training, according to the regulations, is only possible for candidates without experience in the field of bookkeeping and payroll

Description of the professional training program:

During the professional training program in the field of bookkeeping and payroll, you will learn:

  • to work on the E-taxes portal of the Tax Administration:
    • submission of tax returns for employee wages, real estate leases, mobility leases, sick leave and the like (so-called PD returns)
    • submitting a request for the return of benefits for employees who have been at the office for more than 6 months (to the National Employment Service) - PPD application
    • submission of PP ODO tax returns for calculation of contributions for founders of business companies
    • creation, control and delivery of VAT returns - value added tax returns
    • rebooking of wrongly paid taxes
    • submitting a request for a refund of overpaid taxes and contributions
    • checking the balance of the debt for taxes and contributions
    • making orders for the payment of tax debts
  • to work on the portal of the Central Register of Social Insurance (CROSO) different types of jobs:
    • electronic registration/deregistration of employees and their family members for insurance (MA forms)
    • paper registration/deregistration of employees (MA forms)
    • reports from the CROSO portal that are used for the purposes of refunding tax benefits
    • verification of certification of medical records and the like
  • posting of accounting documentation in the Ab soft program:
    • posting of incoming and outgoing invoices
    • posting of statements
    • booking business trips
    • posting of cash expenses
    • posting of wages, rent and the like
  • salary calculation in the MPP2 program:
    • recording data on employee employment contracts, data on annual vacations, sick leave, bonuses, administrative bans and the like
    • salary calculation without allowances
    • salary calculation with allowances
    • calculation of sick leave
    • calculation of benefits for persons with disabilities, for companies with 20 or more employees
    • calculation of lease of immovable/movable property
    • calculation of contributions for founders
  • creation of virmans in the program MPP2
  • preparation of the employment contract and understanding of the elements of the employment contract
