The accounting agency Ab lux has been operating for over 30 years in the field of providing bookkeeping services and payroll. We employ 12 employees. We are located in New Belgrade, in TC Enjub, block 45.

We are hiring accountants whose main responsibilities are recording business changes and calculating wages.

Conditions

Knowledge of the double-entry bookkeeping system (debt-receivable)
Experience is not necessary but preferred
SSS/VŠS – economics major
Knowledge of the program is an advantage of AB Soft (FIPO module, module ROK)
An advantage is knowledge of the MPP2 program of the Business Advisor of Information Technology (Total S module for salary calculation, and Polis module for fixed assets)
Knowledge of working on the Croso portal is an advantage
Work in MS Office package
Experience working in an accounting agency is desirable

Job description:

Posting business changes in the program Ab Soft, in FIPO, ROK and BLAD modules
Preparation of VAT returns
Calculation of wages, sick leave, rent and similar jobs in the Earnings and Remuneration module of the MPP2 program Business Advisor of Information Technology
Registration and de-registration of workers
Preparation of documentation for sick leave
Drafting of employment contracts and mutual terminations of employment contracts
Other administrative tasks
