Book keeping agency Ab lux is a family business founded in 1992 with the sole and basic activity: keeping business books for companies and entrepreneurs.

In addition to the director, a graduate economist and a certified accountant with 30 years of experience, the agency employs 9 accountants and one lawyer.

We pay special attention to the training of our staff and we have made learning management system (learning management system), in which employees are available short video instructions for all procedures performed in our company. In the learning management system, we also have short tests, which are currently still in the process of being developed, so we plan to improve the training of our staff and the quality of accounting services that our clients receive.

In addition, we try to offer our employees conditions that will allow them to be our long-term collaborators, and in this way we try to provide clients with stability in terms of the accountant who is in charge of their company.

In our accounting agency, 1 bookkeeper is in charge of both bookkeeping and salary calculation for 1 client. As it is very important that the accountant knows his client and his business, in this way our clients receive a higher quality of bookkeeping services compared to bookkeeping agencies where a larger number of people provide services to one client.

On the other hand, it increases our costs in terms of the higher price of bookkeeping personnel, but thanks to that, our accountants stay longer in our bookkeeping agency, partly because of better conditions, partly because of the greater knowledge they gain. This certainly affects the satisfaction of clients with our services, so we can boast that there are almost no client fluctuations, except in cases of client liquidation.

Bookkeeping services are provided in four offices on a computer network of ten work units in specialized programs. We provide bookkeeping services in the Ab soft program, and salary calculation in the MPP2 program of the Business Advisor. We do not provide bookkeeping services in other programs, because we believe that it is not possible to maintain an adequate quality of bookkeeping services if you work in a large number of bookkeeping software.

The agency has accounting programs for financial operations, commodity-material operations, wages, treasury, fixed assets, invoices with the possibility of export in a format for import into ebanking, interest calculation program.

The programs and business of the accounting agency are adapted to the different scope and type of business of each individual legal entity.

We pay special attention to regular information about current changes in legal regulations. For this purpose, we are subscribed to one of the most famous magazines and software in the field of accounting consulting - Paragraf.

We provide bookkeeping services exclusively to companies based in Belgrade. Bookkeeping services include contact with the Tax Administration and other state authorities, the location of which depends on the company headquarters. Although today's modern technologies enable easier communication with state authorities, we believe that for quality accounting services it is very important that the accountant can easily and physically go to the competent state institution and thus provide a more efficient and better service to his client.
