Accounting agency Ab lux Belgrade provides clients with the following services:

What we would mention as a small advantage for clients is that we remind them when the employee's contract expires, and that with the help of programmers we have developed an automated system for recognizing illogicalities during posting.

We use a software package to provide accounting services Ab soft-a, one of the largest software houses in Serbia in this area:

• module for financial accounting - FIPO
• commodity bookkeeping module - DEADLINE
• cash register module - BLAD

Bookkeeping services include:

• control before posting accounting documents
• keeping the general ledger in accordance with the regulations in force in the Republic of Serbia
• compilation of all accounting statements
• keeping a book of incoming and outgoing invoices
• VAT calculation and preparation of the prescribed tax return with electronic submission
• making calculations for wholesale, retail, import, export
• keeping a book of traffic and service records
• calculation of interest on all bases
• management of fixed assets and calculation of depreciation
• management of dinar and foreign currency cash registers
• calculation of official trips in the country and abroad
• we prepare the necessary balance sheets and loan documents
• preparation of business reports and preparation of the final invoice with electronic sending
• preparation of the final account (balance sheet) in English, if necessary
• business analysis with balance sheet preparation and calculation of results at the client's request
• giving advice in all areas of finance, especially in terms of conducting financial policy

We use the program for salary calculation and other types of income calculation for natural persons MPP2 of the company Information Technology Business Advisor. We can freely say that we believe that this is the best program for calculating salaries in Serbia and that it helps us a lot to make our service in the area of salary calculation at the highest level.

We calculate wages for companies of different sizes, so we have clients with over 150 employees. In total, we calculate wages for about 700 employees.

Salary calculation and employee registration/deregistration services include:

• calculation of wages, leases, contracts for work, contracts for supplementary work, temporary-occasional jobs and calculation of all other types of contracts between companies and natural persons
• creation of payment slips based on the above-mentioned contracts in PDF format and/or format for import into ebanking without retyping the slips (XML, TXT depending on the ebanking used by clients)
• sending invoices by email to employees and other natural persons to whom payments are made
• we remind you via email when the employee's contract expires, 7 days before the contract expiration date, and on the contract expiration date itself, if you have not provided us with feedback in the meantime
• drafting of employment contracts and annexes to employment contracts according to our template or the client's template
• registrations, deregistrations and changes (contract extensions, etc.) - creation of MA forms for employees on the portal of the Central Register of Social Insurance (CROSO portal)
• preparation of documentation for mutual termination of the employment contract
• creation of PPP PO applications with the possibility of sending them to employees by e-mail

As an additional service, we can provide the client's employees with the sending of PPDG-2R reports - tax returns for determining the annual personal income tax.

In addition to bookkeeping and payroll services, we also provide clients with company establishment services, as well as all other services related to procedures at the Agency for Economic Registers. The graduated lawyer in our company has been providing the aforementioned services for over 10 years and we can boast that he has founded over 1,000 companies and entrepreneurs in Belgrade.

In accordance with the needs of the market, since 2013 we have started providing clients with virtual office services. Virtual offices mean that your company's headquarters are at our address and that we receive mail on behalf of your company. We scan the received mail and forward it to the email addresses you define. We keep the originals in your folder in our office and can forward them to you physically.
