When determining the price of bookkeeping services, we take into account the client's needs, taking into account first of all the scope of work from our contractual obligations, which can be individually specified and quantified.

When reviewing and evaluating our obligations, we accurately assess the scope and structure of obligations adjusted to the data of the individual client and then determine the price of the service.

When starting the activity, we are aware that the client objectively does not have precise data or plans on what the scope of work will be and there are frequent cases that the scope and structure of our work depends on the speed of delivery of certain suppliers, imports, exports and the like, in which case determining the objective price of the service is difficult. In such cases, we agree on a price for a shorter period, for example, a lower price for the first month, a slightly higher or lower price for the second month depending on the estimated dynamics, and only for the third month and the following months the final price. We determine this kind of price methodology and enter it into the contract, so taking into account the shorter planning period, the price generally becomes objective and we rarely have requests to change the price.

The contract provides for the possibility of changing all elements of the contract, as well as the agreed price, naturally with the mutual consent of the contracting parties. The contract clearly leaves the possibility for both contracting parties to terminate the contractual relationship in a correct and business-like manner.

We have software that automatically measures how much time is spent on each client, so about 60% of our work time is automatically tracked and this is taken as a representative sample. This enables the client for whom we work, for example 5% of time is approximately 5% of our income. In this way, it is ensured that the price paid by clients is objective and in accordance with the scope of work.
